In compliance with Google Play Store policies and our commitment to user privacy, you have the right to permanently delete your GoTo DaNang account and all associated data.
Theo chính sách của Google Play và cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư, bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan trong ứng dụng GoTo DaNang bất kỳ lúc nào.
Important Notice / Lưu ý quan trọng:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All saved itineraries, bookmarks, community messages, and profile information will be permanently removed.
How to Request Account Deletion / Các bước yêu cầu xóa tài khoản
Users can request permanent account and data deletion at any time by contacting our support team via email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - GoTo DaNang
Required Details: Your registered email address and display name.
Processing Time: Within 7 business days of verification.
Sau khi nhận được email yêu cầu từ địa chỉ email đã đăng ký, ban quản trị GoTo DaNang sẽ tiến hành xác thực và xóa hoàn toàn thông tin tài khoản cùng dữ liệu người dùng khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
Data Deletion Timeline & Retention Policy
- Data Deleted: Your profile information (name, email, avatar), saved places, community chat history, preferences, and authentication tokens will be deleted within 7 business days.
- Data Retained: We may retain strictly anonymized, aggregated analytical data (which cannot identify you) and mandatory transaction records required by applicable financial laws for up to 90 days.
